Jim is a results-driven consulting executive bringing leadership and discipline required to get/keep large transformational programs on the right track. With over 25 years of experience and a long list of Fortune 500 successes, he has a unique ability to help synchronize PMO’s, steering committees and boards to monitor the right KPI’s and get to the “truth”. He drives deliberate intensity on eliminating hurdles to success and focusing on achieving real measurable value.
Prior to joining Bridge Partners, Jim was Vice President and Market Leader for North Highland and spent the rest of his years split between Deloitte and Andersen Consulting (Accenture). He has system implementation certifications in Oracle, SAP, JDE and also has a manufacturing planning and inventory control certification (APICS CPIM). Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Milwaukee School of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering.
Outside of work, you will see Jim coaching or watching his boys in soccer or football and his girls in competitive cheerleading. He also enjoys big game hunting, fishing, family cruises, beaches and just about anything outdoors.
