When it comes to engaging stakeholders and accelerating change, Cerell knows what works. With a unique focus on strategy, implementation, and performance tracking, Cerell has successfully developed new business models and run programs for a variety of organizations, including Cisco, Pay Pal, and eBay.
Under the auspice of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Cerell designed, implemented, and managed the State of Hawai’i’s Weatherization Assistance Programs that help middle- and low-income households reduce greenhouse gas emissions and save on monthly energy bills. Cerell serves on the Board of Directors of the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program Alumni Association of Northern California and is Co-Founder of the Asia Pacific Leadership Program Multi-Generational Mentoring Program. Her international experience includes overseas residence, Japanese language skills, and intercultural exposure.
