Carol Troup

Can we talk? Because Carol loves to engage with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and translate their complex stories into effective technical collateral that ranges from in-depth white papers to tweets. Her content resonates with a wide variety of audiences—whether they are IT Pros, business owners, or decision-makers. With deep roots in companies like Microsoft and Amazon, Carol has a proven track record both as a fixer of at-risk projects and as an innovator in adopting cutting-edge content development technologies. Carol ruthlessly triages projects and is skilled at working across large and diverse business and technical teams.

Carol earned undergraduate degrees in Communications and Political Science at the University of Washington, as well as a Computer Information Systems Management certificate from North Seattle Community College.

Outside of work, Carol is an avid masters swimmer and downhill skier, serves on the board of directors for the Friends of Garfield Singers (FROGS), and volunteers as a Court-Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the King County Dependency CASA Program.
